Alex is the former Head of Engineering at Truth Social, where he helped build out operations using the ActivityPub open standard. He has since switched over to full-time work on his own products SoapBox and Ditto, with the help of an OpenSats grant. His project is to cleanly integrate the ActivityPub and Nostr protocols, making the strengths of each available to users.
